HR Manager – Ha Nam

Job overview:

• This is a replacement
• Report to: Deputy general director
• HR department size: HR 3, GA1, Environment 3
• Working time: Monday to Bi weekly Saturday, 8am to 5:30pm
• The expected onboarding time: January or after Tet
• Salary: Negotiable, 25M - 45M
• Benefit: 13th month salary, health (for manager) and accident insurance (for all) included

Requirement:

• Experience - more than 8 years
• Good English, excellent responsibility (OT pay is not applied for manager role, but actually they don't ask too much OT though)
• Follow guideline from boss
• Stand for company
• Enough to be careful for C&B
• Good communication skill with our production
• Multiplayer (HR and GA)
