Key Responsibilities:
  • Directly oversee the personnel in HR, GA, Raw Material, and Chemical departments.
  • Manage the day-to-day functions of HR, GA, Compliance, and production security.
  • Ensure adherence to company regulations, labor laws, and customer code of conduct in employment matters.
  • Oversee and manage GA operations to support daily factory activities.
  • Monitor compliance with Environmental, Safety, and Health guidelines.
  • Ensure compliance with Production Security (C-TPAT).
  • Act as the factory's representative in collaboration with local authorities and government agencies.
  • Take charge of all ESH/HR audits conducted by customers, third parties, and governmental entities.
Authority :
  • Kindly ask all department leaders and employees to adhere to the company's regulations, operational procedures, and policies.
  • Ensure that decisions are in line with the company's policies and working procedures.
  • Address problems and issues in a manner consistent with approved regulations.
  • Act as the factory's representative in collaboration with local government authorities. 
Others :
  • Participate in conducting the internal audits and make action plan to improve issues to prevent risks from happening in the departments, in the company. 
  • Select team members to establish the Environment – Safety- Health committee, internal fire extinguishing team .
  • Work with department leaders to conduct safety training for employees to prevent risks & labor accidents.
  • Co-operate with all departments to implement and improve the personal protective equipment program , improve the safe working environment to prevent occupational diseases, health impact ….
  • Make plan to save, to reduce the energy usage such as : water, electricity .
  • Improve the working procedure of the Raw material, Chemical. 
  • Manage the daily operation of  HR, GA and Environment- Safety – Health team .
  • Manage the daily operation of Raw material, Chemical & Finished goods warehouses such as : Receive & issue material, inventory control, 6s …. 
What distinguishes you:
  • Participate in the execution of internal audits and formulate action plans to enhance departmental and company-wide operations, mitigating potential risks.
  • Assemble a team to establish the Environment, Safety, and Health committee, as well as an internal fire extinguishing team.
  • Collaborate with department leaders to deliver safety training to employees, with the aim of accident prevention.
  • Work in conjunction with all departments to implement and enhance the personal protective equipment program and create a safer working environment to prevent occupational diseases and health-related issues.
  • Develop strategies to conserve and reduce energy consumption, including water and electricity.
  • Enhance the operational procedures for Raw Material and Chemical.
  • Oversee the day-to-day activities of the HR, GA, and Environment, Safety, and Health teams.
  • Manage the daily functions of the Raw Material, Chemical, and Finished Goods warehouses, encompassing tasks such as material reception, issuance, inventory control, and 6s organization.
Qualification:
  • University graduate from Business Administration, Law ….
  • At least 05 years of experience (Shoes. footwear or footwear accessories; understand footwear compliance and audit process for big brands)
  • Influence  office computer skill. 
  • Language : Good in English
  • Chinese is preferred

  • Labor law & customer’s code of conduct (HR)
  • General Affair ‘s work understanding
  • Local law & customer’s standard in term of ESH , Social &Compliance audit
