This role will directly manage the HR professional teams responsible for total rewards, payroll & benefits, HRIS, reporting and analytics, and other HR operations function.

Supports HR Business Partners and drive the data for all HR planning cycles. Coordinate with other HR leaders and Finance to prepare the annual HR Operations budget. Coordinate with HR leaders and Finance Partners to analyse and report the gap and recommendation for improvement.

  • Manages the payroll outsourcing partner and oversees the payroll functionality with a focus on process improvement, accuracy, and compliance.

  • Responsible for the input, implementation, and identification of problem areas for all HR transactions and service delivery processes and recommends solutions.

  • Ensures that all Company related administrative forms, reports, processes, and audits are completed accurately, timely and in compliance with relevant local and provincial regulations for Benefits, HR Recordkeeping and audits and compliance.

  • Responsible for process improvement, including evaluating existing systems and procedures, providing recommendations for changes and improvements, and implementing changes.

  • Consults to determine user needs, reporting requirements, and areas where procedures need streamlining in a high-growth environment.

  • Ensures compliance on current legislation and tax code that may impact payroll.

  • Oversees the development of reports from HR systems involving employee data including but not limited to: hiring & selection, turnover, performance, pay, employee engagement, training, skills,...

  • Drive strategy for and oversee development of executive scorecards for business leaders to determine predictive trends and make effective business decisions regarding talent management.

  • Oversees analysis of people data and develop presentations to communicate findings on talent metrics, trends, and variances.

  • Accountable for HR system data integrity, reporting, and management.

  •  Act as HR Partner role to provide consultancy and advices for BOD

  • Actively communications on HR Services and scheme to People Leaders and Employees to improve the utilization and Total Rewards program participations.

Requirement:

  • University degree or Master's degree

  • 10 to 15 years HR experience, solid experience in total rewards/ compensation and benefits.

  • Experience working with IT and technical experts on systems changes and integration.

  • Fluent in English

  • Team leadership experience with team members working as professionals at various levels.
