Our client, a major producer in electrical and electronics manufacturing industry, is looking for a HR Supervisor for their manufacturing facility in Long An, Vietnam.
Job Overview:
This rolw is accountable for planning and implementing end-to-end HR strategies and policies focused on talent acquisition, development, and retention, while ensuring a compliant, engaging, and performance-driven work environment that supports the factory's business direction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support implementation of HR strategies, plans, and workforce planning aligned with business goals and compliance (ISO9001, IATF, RBA).
- Coordinate recruitment activities for production workers, specialists, engineers, and management roles.
- Assist in developing and updating HR policies and procedures.
- Manage payroll, benefits administration, and ensure compliance with social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance, and tax regulations.
- Foster a positive and harmonious work environment through employee engagement programs and workplace dialogues.
- Handle employee complaints, labor disputes, and provide advice on labor law to leadership.
- Collaborate with labor authorities and trade unions.
- Support training needs analysis, organize orientation, skills training, and professional development initiatives.
- Follow up on low-performance cases with department heads.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Law, Economics, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years HR experience, with at least 3 years in supervisory/lead role, preferably in manufacturing FDI environment.
- Strong knowledge of Vietnamese Labor Law and related regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English (all four skills).
- Proficient in MS Office and HR management software.
- Personal traits: integrity, decisiveness, influence, ability to work under pressure.
