Job Summary:
The HRBP Manager acts as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing HR expertise to drive business success. This role is responsible for aligning HR practices with business goals, managing key HR functions, and fostering a culture of performance, engagement, and development.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Partnership:
- Collaborate with business leaders to understand strategic objectives and workforce needs.
- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals.
- Act as a trusted advisor to management on people-related matters.
Talent Management:
- Lead talent acquisition initiatives to attract top talent.
- Oversee onboarding processes to ensure smooth integration of new employees.
- Drive succession planning and talent development programs.
Employee Relations:
- Build strong relationships with employees at all levels.
- Address employee concerns, grievances, and disputes promptly and professionally.
- Ensure consistent application of company policies and labor laws.
Performance Management:
- Champion the performance appraisal process, ensuring clarity and fairness.
- Work with managers to set performance goals and deliver feedback.
- Identify and address performance improvement opportunities.
Training and Development:
- Identify training needs in collaboration with department heads.
- Implement development programs to upskill employees.
- Monitor the effectiveness of training initiatives.
HR Data and Analytics:
- Utilize HR metrics and analytics to provide insights for decision-making.
- Monitor key HR KPIs such as employee turnover, engagement scores, and recruitment metrics.
Change Management:
- Support organizational changes by addressing people-related challenges.
- Lead communication efforts for change initiatives.
- Foster a resilient and adaptable workforce.
Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure HR practices comply with local labor laws and company policies.
- Manage risk associated with employment practices and mitigate potential issues.
Requirements:
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in an HRBP role or leadership position.
