I. POSITION SUMMARY:
• We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to oversee all Human Resources functions at our factory in Vietnam. The HR Manager will be responsible for the effective execution of HR strategies and processes, including recruitment, training, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. The ideal candidate will foster a positive working environment and ensure smooth HR operations that align with both the factory's goals and corporate policies
II. PRINCIPLE DUTIES, AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) Recruitment and Talent Acquisition
• Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring skilled workers and professionals for the factory.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
• Work with department heads to identify staffing needs and anticipate future talent requirements.
2) Training and Development
• Identify training needs for employees at all levels and develop training programs that enhance skills and performance.
• Coordinate with department managers to organize and deliver training sessions and ensure the continuous development of employees.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
3) Employee Relations and Engagement
• Promote a positive workplace culture by resolving employee grievances and disputes in a fair and timely manner.
• Act as a liaison between management and employees to foster open communication and employee engagement.
• Organize employee engagement initiatives, events, and programs to improve morale and productivity.
4) Performance Management
• Implement and manage the performance appraisal process, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and individual career development.
• Coach and mentor managers on effective performance management techniques, including goal-setting, feedback, and performance improvement plans.
5) Compensation and Benefits
• Oversee payroll administration to ensure timely and accurate salary payments.
• Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, bonuses, and incentives.
• Conduct regular market research to ensure the company's compensation and benefits packages remain competitive.
6) Compliance with Labor Laws
• Ensure all HR practices comply with Vietnamese labor laws and regulations, including recruitment, contracts, employee records, and workplace safety.
• Stay updated on any changes to labor laws and advise management on necessary adjustments.
• Handle labor inspections and audits as required.
7) Workforce Planning and Management
• Work with department managers to develop effective workforce plans that optimize factory operations.
• Monitor attendance, overtime, and employee turnover rates, and recommend solutions for improvement.
8) HR Policies and Procedures
• Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures in line with local laws and company standards.
• Communicate HR policies effectively to all staff and ensure understanding and compliance.
9) Health, Safety, and Welfare
• Collaborate with safety officers to ensure that factory operations comply with health and safety standards.
• Address health and safety concerns raised by employees and ensure that working conditions are optimal.
III. JOB SPECIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role within a manufacturing or factory setting.
• In-depth knowledge of Vietnamese labor laws and regulations is essential.
• Good command of Vietnamese and English is required.
• Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to influence and guide others.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with all levels of employees and management.
• Ability to resolve employee issues and grievances quickly and effectively.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities
