Position HR Manager

Working time: Mon to Sat (full) 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM (12:00 PM to 1:00 PM lunch break)
Working location: Trang Bom District, Dong Nai Province, Vietnam
Reporting line: Director of Human Resource Management (HRM) for Southeast Asia, Pou Chen Group (Taiwan-based) – OM
Subordinate: Lead 10 ppl in HR Department

Must-Have Requirements:
  • Experience Minimum 8-10 years of experience in human resources, with at least 5 years in senior HR leadership roles managing large-scale operations (preferably in manufacturing or factory settings).
  • Expertise in Labor Law & Compliance: In-depth knowledge of local labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements. Ability to handle employee relations, disputes, and ensure legal adherence.
  • Workforce Planning & Strategy: Experience in developing and implementing workforce planning strategies to align with business objectives. Proven ability to manage large teams and complex HR processes (e.g., recruitment, performance management, training).
  • Employee Engagement & Retention: Strong track record of improving employee engagement and retention in high-volume, factory environments. Ability to foster a positive work culture and develop initiatives to enhance employee morale.
  • Leadership & Team Development: Demonstrated ability to lead and develop HR teams effectively, including training and mentorship.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Ability to use HR analytics to drive decision-making and improve processes (e.g., turnover rates, performance metrics, and productivity).
  • Crisis Management: Experience in managing crises or critical HR issues, including labor disputes, strikes, and mass employee concerns.
  • ISO and Quality Standards Compliance: Familiarity with ISO standards and their application to HR processes in manufacturing environments.
  • Communication & Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication skills to interact with all levels of employees, senior leadership, and external partners. Ability to influence and negotiate with key stakeholders
  • Cultural Adaptability & Diversity: Understanding and managing a diverse workforce, with the ability to foster an inclusive and culturally sensitive work environment
