* JOB OVERVIEW
As a Recruiter, S&O Operations, your main responsibility is to handle the recruitment and operation at S&O – Enterprise team, bring excellent services to our valued clients and associates. You will work closely with Team Leader, Operations and upper level.
* RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Project operations
Manage and follow up to collect personal docs submitted by new hires or current associates in case missing document.
Employee relation: catch up and follow up associates’ basic issues of document and sort it out as MP’s procedures and process upon requested from supervisor.
Supervise personal docs of all associates: double check and file docs in order in hard copies in cabinet and soft copies in service.
Support SMUI and PIT matters including collecting info, claim, registration….
Payslip delivery and timesheet reconciliation
Arrange working schedule for associates as assigned.
Regularly manage employee data
Handle all project assignments from time to time at client site.
Meet associates to settle issues/ Periodical catch up with associates as assigned.
2. Recruitment activities
Participate and implement recruitment plans based on demands of Clients.
Communicate with clients’ representative to understand recruitment needs and arrange for interviews to make sure services deliver smoothly.
Ensure search and place right candidates effectively and on time.
Search & recruitment new hire and replacement as required by outsourcing clients.
Co-operate with account management group of on boarding process.
Buildup & manage candidate database.
Handle recruitment activities onsite and offsite, such as post jobs, build the database of qualified candidates according to relevant job requirement, screen, and search, select short list of candidates, organize online test, interview/ assessment and negotiate with selected candidates to supply right person in the right position by deadline.
Contact, discuss and negotiate with candidates about selection, offer package.
Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
Support brand name activities such as job fairs, university program, …
Other admin support or assignment.
*REQUIREMENTS
Candidate must have at leastcollege’s degree in HR or related fields.
At least 02 years of professional experience in HR/ recruitment
Must possess effective communication skills (written and verbal).
Solid on-site experience.
Excellent customer mindset
Can – do attitude.
