- Propose IT automation solutions to streamline processes
- Develop automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and RPA platforms
- Design and implement data integration across various applications and external parties
- Configure and manage SharePoint Online platform to meet company specifications
- Provide support and troubleshooting for RPA solutions
- Document project progress and issues using ticket systems like Jira
- Evaluate and test new RPA technologies, including Office 365, Power Platform, and SaaS/PaaS services
- Work with Canvas and Model Driven Apps, integrating data sources like Dataverse, SharePoint, and APIs
- Create documentation and user guides for RPA solutions
- Be available outside standard office hours for urgent issues or requests
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in IT/Computer Science or related field
- 3+ years in SharePoint Online, Power Platform, and RPA development
- Proficient with Office 365, SharePoint Online, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI
- Familiar with EDI formats like JSON, XML
- Industry experience with SQL
- Strong English communication skills
- Independent, fast learner in dynamic environments
- Team player, responsible, detail-oriented, organized
- Supply Chain knowledge beneficial
- Proficiency in .NET, SQL, C# a plus
