- IT technical support officers monitor and maintain the computer systems and networks of an organization. They may install and configure computer systems, diagnose hardware/software faults and solve technical and applications problems, either over the phone or in person
- Provide new e - mail for new employees, controlling and provide email capacity for each member.
- Manage the software of the controlling system, report on time and prevent damage due to violation of the confidential information system.
- Support related department in installing and running software under company regulation: servers (on-prems, Cloud), firewalls, domain, email, hosting website, camera...
- Control effectively the cost relating to the IT operation
- Propose plans to improve the operation with the most saving cost.
- Knowledge of D365 to lead the deployment of Business Central.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT system admin
- Proficiency English skill
- Initiative and enthusiasm
- Good planning and organizational skills
- The ability to work calmly under pressure
