Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value to key accounts.

Strategic Planning:
- Develop a deep understanding of our company's products/services and how they align with clients' needs.
- Create and implement strategic account plans that drive mutual success.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

Communication and Reporting:
- Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and ensure satisfaction.
- Prepare and present reports on account performance, including sales forecasts and KPIs.
- Keep internal teams informed about client needs and expectations.

Contract Negotiation and Management:
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with key accounts.
- Ensure that contractual obligations are met and manage contract renewals.
