Responsibilities:

• Manage overall legal department in Vietnam for multiple legal entities
• Apply effective risk management techniques and offer proactive advise on all legal issues
• Oversee, Reviewing, drafting and negotiating legal documents
• Support duties assigned by Regional General Counsel and enforce internal corporate governance/approvals
• Monitoring and tracking of legal-related documents and contracts
• Framing corporate policies & enforcement guidelines, including trainings to employees
• Liaise with external counsel, where applicable, on litigation or legal related matters

The successful applicant will have:

• Bachelor's degree/Master's degree in law or related field
• 15+ years of working experience in Legal preferrebly in Industrial Real Estate & Law Firm
• Familiar with drafting, reviewing and negotiating legal licensing, M&A & Investment matters
• Well-Understanding of the local and the international laws, policies and regulations
• In-house lawyer experience with either public or private company
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
