RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Monitor and control shipments, delivery and inventory of material.

• Monitor and control shipments, delivery and inventory of material to end customer.

• Maintain master data on SAP to ensure smooth system’s run and correct transactional data

• System execution for logistics activities from Vendors.

• Perform daily / weekly / monthly reports of Delivery and Inventory Performance for responsible.

• Other Logistics Management related tasks

REQUIREMENT:

• Bachelor’s degree with studies related in supply chain, logistics, business process, process management, customer service is preferred

• Minimum 0-2 years working experience, with experience in Logistics or Supply Chain Management is an advantage.

• Advanced Japanese (JLPT N2 or BJT J2) and Intermediate Business English.

• Possessing knowledge and experience in ERP (SAP is preferred)

• Proficient in Microsoft Office

• Strong communication skills

• Strong attention to detail, work ethic, high integrity with the ability to work well both independently and within the context of a larger team-oriented environment

• Problem solving skills with customer centric approach

• Good time management, able to work under pressure to meet deadlines

• Ability to understand and evaluate information from a variety of sources
