-Ocean Freight Forwarding jobs

-Operation jobs for Ocean, Border Truck Export shipments

(2)ESSENTIAL DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Receiving export orders from customer as shipping schedule

-Booking with carriers, forwarders for securing or geting spaces.

-Preparing shipping documents accordingly like Shipping Instruction, checking draft B/L

-Follow up with shipment status until cargo arrived destination

-Follow up with payment procedure in cooperation with billing teams.

-Cooperate with inland trucking team for arrange empty container gate in factory.

-Ensure that documents are properly filed and archived

-Attend to customer enquiries and orders

-University graduated in Business/Economics/Finance
