JOB DESCRIPTION:
· Manage and Process monthly payroll include data, timesheet,check overtime data on timesheet system, make organization chart, all kind of payroll reports (salary, payslip, PIT, insurance, labor…)
· Manage and coordinate with team in insurance and PIT registration/ report, include insurance claim and benefit.
· Manage all process of new hires, termination, labor contract, on boarding docs and reports in compliance with current regulations.
· Manage & follow up all kinds of leaves of staff including annual leaves, unpaid leave; sick leave…
· Manage performance review, salary review as needed
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
· Bachelor Degree in Human resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.
· Minimum 2 years experienced in payroll, PIT.
· Familiar with Workday, Oracle, PeopleSoft or SAP.
· Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
· Practical experience with HR database administration, including payroll systems.
· Strong analytical thinking and systematic thinking.
· Good communication in English and presentation skills.
