Role Responsibilities:

Handling incoming calls and other communications.

Managing filing system.

Recording information as needed.

Handling clients and visitors as needed.

Coordinating visitors and clients time plan minute to minute.

Updating paperwork, maintaining documents, and word processing.

Helping organize and maintain office common areas.

Performing front office clerk duties and errands.

Organizing travel by booking accommodation and reservation needs as required.

Maintaining supply inventory.

Maintaining office equipment as needed.

Experience as a virtual assistant.

Creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases.

Maintaining files and dealing with other administrative support tasks

Keeping an inventory of office supplies and ordering new ones as necessitated

Scheduling meetings and managing calendars
Role Requirements:
-
Proficiency in English;
-
Experience in an office setting, preferably in an administrative or clerical role
-
With background from Industry.

Holder of driving license with Experience as a car driver

Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize, and comfortable working independently

Exceptional oral and written communication skills, including strong spelling, grammar, and punctuation

Must be committed to providing outstanding customer service and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills

Strong attention to detail

Proficient computer skills and ability to operate general office equipment

Familiarity with office organization and optimization techniques

High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability

Integrity and professionalism

Proficiency in MS Office.

Knowledge of Czech language is advantage.
