  • As a global leader in logistics services, my client is seeking an experienced and results-driven Operation Manager to oversee and manage our operational team in Vietnam
Key responsibilities:
  • Manage and Develop the Operations Department: Oversee the operations department, ensuring efficient management and continuous development.
  • Customer and Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the main point of contact for customers, customs agencies, and transport companies, ensuring smooth collaboration.
  • Goods Delivery Oversight: Monitor and manage the entire goods delivery process to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Risk Management and Complaint Resolution: Handle risk situations arising during delivery and address customer complaints effectively and professionally.
  • Timely Communication: Provide accurate and timely updates to relevant departments to ensure all goods, documents, and records are delivered completely and on time.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports to the Board of Directors on departmental performance and key metrics.
Key requirement:
  • Fluency in Chinese (both written and spoken) is required for effective communication with local and 
    international teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 05 years of experience in operations management, preferably within the logistics or 
    supply chain industry.
  • Strong knowledge of logistics operations.
  • Proven experience in leading and motivating teams to achieve operational objectives and KPIs.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse 
    teams and clients.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a high-pressure environment.
