Overall Tasks:

  • Operate seller centers fluently, Conduct regular SKU hygiene checks, and analyze key reports for sales, order performance, and store health.

  • Maintain platform store content according to client specifications, including titles, descriptions, attributes, etc.

  • Lead the optimization of workflow through automation, coordinating activities, and addressing risks to ensure continuous improvement.

  • Foster strategic partnerships, understanding client business objectives, and brand identity for mutual business success.

  • Manage end-to-end projects and execute promotional setups based on client requirements.

 

Key Responsibilities

1/ Workflow Optimization and Management:

  • Manage workflow optimization through automation.

  • Map, plan, and coordinate activities related to workflow.

  • Address WF/Queue related risks, collect feedback, and ensure continuous process improvement.

2/ Strategic Partnership Development:

  • Foster strategic partnerships to drive mutual business success.

  • Develop a deep understanding of the client's business objectives and brand identity.

3/ Project and Promo Management:

  • Manage and coordinate projects (tickets) end to end.

  • Execute all promo setups and submissions according to client requirements.

4/ Store Content Management:

  • Maintain client platform's store content (title, descriptions, attributes, etc.) as per client specifications.

  • Coordinate with clients to update product details and price points.

5/ Performance Analysis and Reporting:

  • Conduct daily SKU hygiene checks to assess competitiveness, sales performance, stocks, pricing, etc.

  • Operate Shopee/Lazada/Tokopedia/Tiki seller centers fluently.

  • Understand and analyze basic reports on Seller Centre, including sales and order performance, product performance, store health, and promotion performance.

6/ Site Performance Reporting:

  • Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly reporting of site performance via Key Performance Indicators (e.g., service levels).

7/ Relationship Building:

  • Build a strong relationship with the site operations team (Market POCs/ Oms/ Team Leads) to ensure proper execution of the capacity plan.

  • Provide general education regarding the best workflow management practices

 

Qualifications

  • Desired – working experience with an E-commerce background. Minimum 3 years of experience (preferably with E-commerce Platform/Enabler).

  • Coordination skills across various locations for activities based on client briefs.

  • Preferred knowledge of E-commerce Platforms (Marketplaces) and/or CMSs (SFCC, Magento, Shopify).

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft tools.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to interact effectively with internal and external teams.

  • Organized and planned approach to work with the ability to navigate dependencies swiftly.

  • Familiarity with Project Management tools.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Understanding of web analytics data and knowledge of content management.

  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Understanding of the E-commerce domain.

  • Ability to handle last-minute changes, issues, and pressure situations.

  • Liaise and collaborate with colleagues to ensure service results and developments are understood.

Working Time: Monday - Friday (9AM - 6PM)

Venue: Remote
