JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. PR & Digital Management (50%)- Develop and implement PR and Digital Calendar in alignment with Global Communications guidelines and Brand Strategy, monitoring KPIs and results.
- Collaborate with Brand Manager and Global/Regional Marketing to establish local digital platforms (e.g., Facebook, websites), adapting global brand assets (Instagram, YouTube) for the market while maintaining brand consistency across channels.
- Partner with local PR and Digital Agencies to localize platforms, build social media strategies and content, and manage analytics and KPIs.
- Track competitors’ PR/Digital activities and market trends monthly, devising action plans as needed.
- Support Global/Regional directives by working with PR/Digital agencies on market studies, user insights, and competitor analysis.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with KOLs and Influencers (beauty editors, bloggers, media professionals, stylists, celebrities, etc.).
- Oversee product seeding, press releases, and calendar-based brand exposure initiatives.
- Consolidate press clippings, manage inventory (new launches, samples), and propose product seeding plans.
- Collaborate with Marketing/Brand Manager to execute marketing activities (launches, events, counter activities) in alignment with brand strategy.
- Support CRM program execution, ensuring alignment with both PR and Digital Plans from online to offline.
- Plan and execute retail events, supporting counters/stores for seamless operation and adherence to brand standards.
- Assist counters/stores in VIP events, customer recruitment, and retention programs.
- Analyze customer data with the Marketing/Brand Manager to drive relevant programs, customer recruitment, and growth.
- Coordinate counter/store needs (POSM, visibility) with Retail and Training Managers.
- Work with Retail, Training, and Counter Managers to plan and execute Retail Events and artist training.
- Collaborate with Brand Manager, International Makeup Artist, and Retail Operations for fashion shows, VIP activities, and other events, ensuring adherence to Global Event guidelines.
- Consolidate and report event outcomes.
- Coordinate with the Regional team to develop Vietnam CRM and communications plans, ensuring brand compliance.
- Track results of trigger campaigns and propose actions or adjustments as needed.
- Internally, collaborate with cross-functional teams (Counter/Store Managers, Retail Operations, HR, Finance, etc.) for cohesive support.
- Externally, establish and maintain relationships with media and influencers; manage partnerships with PR & Digital Agency, Event Agency, and other partners.
- Ensure consistent adherence to brand DNA and guidelines, setting a high standard of execution and presentation across all initiatives.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Expertise: Strong knowledge of PR, Digital trends, and competitive landscape, with experience in PR, Digital, and Marketing Management. Familiarity with the cosmetics/fashion industry is a plus.
- Education: College/University degree required.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in PR, digital, and marketing, ideally within cosmetics or fashion. Skilled in relationship-building, public speaking, writing, and translation.
- Skills: Ability to inspire, manage agencies, and work cross-functionally. Strong understanding of brand identity and the capacity to communicate it effectively.
- Communication: Excellent leadership and communication abilities, flexible and professional in dynamic environments.
- Work Style: Able to handle high-pressure, multi-tasking roles with a strong attention to beauty and detail.
