Role Description
We are looking for a dynamic founding principal that will shape the vision and lead the day-to-day operation of the kindergarten. The pre-launch scope will include curriculum design, input on campus facilities and design, teaching staff recruitment, and student recruitment. Post-launch, the principal will be in charge of managing the day-to-day pedagogical and operational needs based on the school mission and articulated goals.
Expected start date for role: January/February 2025
Compensation: competitive with premium kindergartens in the region

Pre-launch
- Teaching staff recruitment
- Student recruitment

- Input on program selection and implementation
Post-launch
- Administrative Duties: Manage day to day operations of the preschool and kindergarten
- Staff management: Provide mentorship and support to the teachers on methodologies and teaching materials
- Parent Engagement: Manage the enrollment process and build strong relationships with parents
Qualifications
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education - Leadership experience required
- Bachelor Degree in Early Childhood Care and Education preferred
- Advanced Degree in Education Leadership or Administration preferred
- 2-3 years of managerial experience as a Principal or equivalent required. Founding principal experience preferred
- Experience teaching and leading at a Mandarin and English bilingual kindergarten
- Prior experience in Vietnam preferred but not expected
- Language requirements: Fluent in Mandarin, proficient in English
