Job Description
We are seeking a full-time, on-site Principal AI Engineer based in Hanoi.
In this role, you will lead the design, development, and implementation of high-performance solutions tailored to AI workloads. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to tackle complex R&D challenges in the AI high-performance computing (HPC) domain.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, computer system, AI, or a related field
- Strong proficiency in C++ and Python
- Solid experience with CUDA, OpenCL, or HIP
- In-depth understanding of computer systems
- Extensive experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow, including internal structures
- Ability to conduct detailed logical and quantitative software performance analysis
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency in machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing
- Strong foundation in data structures and algorithms
- Experience leading AI projects and mentoring junior team members
Preferential:
- Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, computer system, AI, or related field
- Strong expertise in CUDA, OpenCL, or HIP
- 2+ years experience in developing system software for GPUs/NPUs
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to a diverse range of stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail and project management skills
- Contributions to research communities, with publications in major conferences such as ASPLOS, HPDC, ISCA, MICRO, PACT, PLDI, PPoPP, or SC.
