Knowledge Source: Serve as the team's main knowledge provider, enabling other departments to conduct market research on strategic customer segments and sub-segments.

Economic Segment Identification: Develop and refine criteria and processes to identify economic customer segments.

PKKH Sub-Section Identification: Create and improve models to identify and select PKKH sub-segments.

Customer Governance: Coordinate with relevant departments to collect and analyze customer needs, market information, and competitor data.

Customer Value Positioning (CVP)

Research and Assessment: Lead research efforts to assess CVP orientation for strategic and target customer segments.

Positioning Values: Develop and propose CVP, including product, price, service, convenience, and customer experience for target segments.

Offerings Design: Participate in designing and proposing offering packages to meet CVP and optimize customer lifecycle value.

Collaboration: Work with solution design, channel management, and other units to ensure products and services meet customer needs and provide excellent customer experiences.

Tactical Subgroup Identification

Identification Model: Develop a model to periodically identify tactical PKKH subsets.
