Key Responsibilities

Overseeing the product category and directing all marketing initiatives and programs. Additionally, contributing to expanding and strengthening the market presence of company products in Vietnam.
• Managing product ranges in alignment with company vision, strategy, and product objectives. Implementing actions to achieve these goals in collaboration with Business Units and relevant departments.
• Collaborating with Business Units to develop product strategies, enhance quality levels, and address market demands and opportunities in Vietnam.
• Defining product portfolios and overseeing the Product Introduction Process with Category/Business units to align with the organization's strategic goals and values.
• Creating an Annual Marketing Plan with sales targets, margin objectives, distribution strategies, marketing communications, and expenses in accordance with company vision and strategy.
• Setting prices within a defined framework to ensure profitability.
• Monitoring key marketing performance indicators and devising effective strategies.
• Managing product life cycles, including introductions and discontinuations.
• Executing approved marketing programs such as new product launches, advertising campaigns, and sales promotions.
• Monitoring competitors' activities and responding promptly, particularly in coordination with the Sales department.
• Analyzing sales performance, competitive actions, and initiating timely responses while preparing Monthly Operation Comments.
• Controlling marketing expenses within the allocated budget.
• Collaborating with key managers in various departments to address issues, especially in Customer Services to mitigate quality concerns.
• Providing product training to sales teams, distributors, and promoters as required.
• Leveraging Marcom tools provided by Business Units effectively (e.g., Branding, Advertising, PR, Online, Point of Sale materials).

Qualifications & Skills

• At least 5 years of experience in Marketing and Sales
• Strong understanding of the market landscape, customer base, and competitors
• Demonstrated entrepreneurial spirit focused on expansion
• Exceptional skills in managing individuals
• Proficiency in problem-solving
• Outstanding proficiency in both written and verbal English
