A. Market Research and Analysis
- Conduct market research and analyze customer demographics to identify trends and potential opportunities for new product development in the U.S. market.
- Evaluate the feasibility of new product development proposals.
- Embrace and apply new technologies to improve existing products.
B. New Product Development
- Develop strategic objectives and new product development plans based on data and market research.
- Collaborate with Design, Content, Marketing, and Supply Chain departments to ensure timely production and launch of products.
- Track, analyze, and evaluate products based on business report metrics, conversion rates, and customer behavior.
- Build and foster a continuous innovation process for the team to optimize products.
C. Product Launch and Adjustment
- Create strategies and detailed plans for launching new products.
- Periodically review and adjust product development strategies based on post-launch results.
- Ensure all product-related documents and reports are accurately stored and managed.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by direct management.
D. Team Management and Training
- Lead and develop the team to enhance research, market analysis, and product development capabilities.
- Inspire creativity and motivation within the team, ensuring a positive and effective work environment.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Manager, with preference for experience in the U.S. market.
- Strong in market research and analysis.
- In-depth understanding of product development and branding.
- Strong risk management and data analysis skills.
- Proficiency in analysis tools and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Good English reading and writing skills.
- Systematic thinking, creativity, and continuous improvement mindset.
