A. Market Research and Analysis

  • Conduct market research and analyze customer demographics to identify trends and potential opportunities for new product development in the U.S. market.
  • Evaluate the feasibility of new product development proposals.
  • Embrace and apply new technologies to improve existing products.

B. New Product Development

  • Develop strategic objectives and new product development plans based on data and market research.
  • Collaborate with Design, Content, Marketing, and Supply Chain departments to ensure timely production and launch of products.
  • Track, analyze, and evaluate products based on business report metrics, conversion rates, and customer behavior.
  • Build and foster a continuous innovation process for the team to optimize products.

C. Product Launch and Adjustment

  • Create strategies and detailed plans for launching new products.
  • Periodically review and adjust product development strategies based on post-launch results.
  • Ensure all product-related documents and reports are accurately stored and managed.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by direct management.

D. Team Management and Training

  • Lead and develop the team to enhance research, market analysis, and product development capabilities.
  • Inspire creativity and motivation within the team, ensuring a positive and effective work environment.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Manager, with preference for experience in the U.S. market.
  • Strong in market research and analysis.
  • In-depth understanding of product development and branding.
  • Strong risk management and data analysis skills.
  • Proficiency in analysis tools and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Good English reading and writing skills.
  • Systematic thinking, creativity, and continuous improvement mindset.
  • Skills in employee management and development.
  • Proactive, persistent, and disciplined.
