Key Responsibilities
Tasked with developing training content and simulations for a variety of products within the Small Domestic Appliances, Cookware, and Fan categories through collaboration with Product Marketing Managers.
• Ensure that teams enhance their sales acumen, product expertise, deliver exceptional customer service, and embody the brand's values effectively.
• Lead training sessions on sales techniques for the Promoters Team and Floor Salesmen by constructing realistic sales scenarios and comprehensive training initiatives.
• Regularly engage with sales staff in retail stores to foster close collaboration.
• Develop and implement orientation programs for sales teams, delivering onboarding training for new team members.
• Observe client interactions to pinpoint areas for enhancement between Promoters/Salespeople and customers.
• Identify training needs for both individuals and teams.
• Coordinate interactive role-playing exercises to replicate challenging client situations for skill enhancement, including handling objections effectively.
• Offer guidance on effective upselling techniques for products and services to sales staff.
• Utilize a diverse range of sales training methodologies, including on-the-job training, case studies, and group activities.
Qualifications & Skills
• At least 3-5 years of experience in training for products
• Previous roles in Retail Training, Sales Training, or similar positions
• Background in retail or home appliances sectors
• Willingness to travel and visit retail locations when required
• Proficiency in overseeing the complete training process, including in-person and e-learning activities
• Outstanding presentation abilities
• Capacity to inspire employees to meet sales targets
• Comprehensive understanding of market dynamics, customer preferences, and competitor landscape
• Demonstrated strong leadership qualities
