Job Responsibilities
PMO for migration business support, to coordinate and facilitate the following for migration of retail client portfolio for a Southeast Asian based bank:
Coordinate run book for migration of various business work streams, from gathering, writing and tracking all business activities required for migration to understanding end to end plan for business activities. This requires to closely work with end users to ensure key functionality is understood and all required steps to migration from bank a to bank b are fully understood.
Coordinate and track business reconciliation to ensure migration volumes are tracked and reported according to level of completeness based on business checks and reconciliation reports.
Job Qualifications
From 3 years of project experience in a bank/ finance or technology organization.
Bachelor's degree in Technology, Business, Banking and Finance or relevant discipline.
Strong knowledge and experience of banking product development, performance management, IT project implementation.
Demonstrated experience working in a transformation office to drive a large organization-wide transformation program.
Strong experience in performance tracking and management including operating rhythm of performance reviews.
Fluent in English communication.
Understands Agile principles, practices and Scrum methodologies (will be advantageous)
Experience working in Agile teams to support digital transformation projects (will be advantageous)
