Responsibilities: Search, develop customers, projects & introduce, consult and provide solutions suitable to the needs of customers.
• Search, develop and maintain relationships with customers in the project field (investors, contractors, design consultants, construction units...)
• Consult on sound system solutions for construction works, buildings, hospitals, schools, commercial centers, factories, industrial parks...
• Receive requests from customers, coordinate with related departments (technical...) to propose suitable solutions and support customers throughout the project process
• Organize training sessions/Product demos, ensure that customers clearly understand the product's features and benefits
• Support customers in preparing and completing bidding documents, based on technical knowledge of the product. Build a detailed profile with full content and highlight the product's integration/operation features for project feasibility. At the same time, estimate investment costs and make preliminary technical drawings to simulate the project most clearly
• Proactively make recommendations to improve product quality, service solutions or propose integration ideas for the project
• Collect market information, competitors and propose appropriate business strategies
• Monitor contract implementation progress, support installation, acceptance and payment processes
• Ensure assigned sales targets are met
• Other assigned tasks.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in engineering
• At least 5-7 years of project sales experience of ELV or AV systems
• English proficiency
• Good communication, negotiation and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team, able to withstand work pressure
• Proficiency in office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), ability to use design software is an advantage
▪ Willing to travel when required.
