* Job description:
− Deploy market analysis, develop business plans and strategies to achieve the company's business goals
− Coordinate, discuss and negotiate with manufacturers and suppliers to build business strategies
− Manage, evaluate and develop network project sales department for 3 branches: Hanoi, HCM, Da Nang (Candidate will work mainly in Hanoi)
− Train product knowledge, improve sales skills for team employees
− Implement support and customer care programs to maintain and promote sales
− Care for and maintain cooperative relationships long term, good relationship with existing customers
− Develop business relationships with new customers
− Coordinate with relevant departments to develop sales policies for the network system Project channel
− Build sales processes, implement reports and analyze business plans under the direction of the Board of Directors.

* Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in sales of technology equipment/ network equipment/ IT equipment projects
- At least 1 year of experience building and developing a business team with good results
- Experience working with partners/customers: IT companies, contractors, real estate investors, schools, businesses, factories,...
- Having market analysis thinking; ability to identify goals, create business plans, implement and ensure committed business plans
- Proficiency in English
