Reporting line: Project Sales Manager (Vietnamese)
Role Responsibilities:
1. Customer relationship management:
• Proactively develops and creates customer relationships in his/her area of responsibility
• Accountable for building and coordinating relationships on many levels between customers organization, Maincons, Subcons and Saint-Gobain as well as other stakeholders
• Accountable for developing SGB position in his/her customer base or market area
• Creates and communicates leads and sales opportunities for entire SGB sales team (e.g. Cross-selling)
• Manage and make sales forecast
• Ensures customer satisfaction and solving complaints with the rest of GSB team
• Documents the customer and contact information, maintains customer data
2. Sales:
• Accountable for leads, opportunities, orders and contracts to meet the sales budget and pricing targets
• Validates that the contents of the order received from the customer are in line with the negotiation process outcome, including terms and conditions, quality, and safety
• Maintains full information of opportunities, tasks, and visits
• Timely and accurate reporting
Role Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree
• 3-5 years of experience in projects sales
• Good in presentation skill to easily communicate with audiences
• Word, Excel, and PowerPoint are compulsory required
• Mastering customer contacts, presentations and negotiations, closing deals, tendering process, after sales activities, basic knowledge of contractual and financial terms
• Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus
• Fast learner and passion for sales
• English is not a must, but a priority
