1.RESPONSIBILITIES
** Receptionist:
- Answer incoming calls on multi-line switchboard, and route phone calls to the appropriate contact within the company.
- Receive guests/visitors at lobby area, determine nature of business, issue visitor passes, and direct them to the appropriate contact within the company
to ensure the compliance with Total security policy.
- Ensure internal/incoming post is sorted and ready for distribution to correct personnel.
- Send out internal/external mail and correspondence
- Update internal telephone list monthly
** Admin Officer:
- Manage contract, process payment and solve complaints of postage service.
- Order and prepare payment for newspapers/ stationary/groceries purchase/ drinking water/coffee/ office rental/ office machine for office.
- Stock and order name card, letterhead, envelope for office.
- Register and prepare payment taxi cards, Grab services.
- Register, follow and payment monthly hand phone cost - 3G service expenses .
- Follow up storage services & make payment
- Prepare workstation& stationery, Parking card for new comers.
2. REQUIREMENTS:
- University graduate with background of business administration.
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
- Good English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good timekeeper
- Flexible approach
- Willing to learn and take on new tasks.
