I. INTRODUCTION

  • Organization: Well-known international Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) Manufacturing Company
  • Scope: Internal Audit in Vietnam and Southeast Asia (SEA)
  • Report: General Manager of Internal Audit (an international professional)

II. PRIMARY DUTIES:

  • Efficiently plan and oversee high-quality audit execution within set deadlines.
  • Identify risks within operational systems and perform essential data analysis and auditing procedures.
  • Utilize audit tools to document and record audit activities in a specific format.
  • Conduct data mining and present findings in a format that reveals the latest trends, patterns, or anomalies.
  • Engage with auditees to address queries and observations until the resolution is achieved within the established timelines.
  • Identify the root causes of process gaps and offer practical recommendations.
  • Execute field audits, including document scrutiny, market visits, and physical verification.
  • Demonstrate effective communication, both verbally and in writing, with diverse stakeholders.
  • Provide training and guidance to team members.
  • Review working papers to ensure comprehensive audit coverage.

III. REQUIREMENTS

  • Hold a bachelor's degree with a focus on accounting and internal auditing.
  • Possess a minimum of three years of experience in internal audit.
  • Proficient in SAP accounting software, spreadsheet applications, and data analysis tools.
  • Familiarity with the manufacturing and FMCG industries.
  • Exhibit strong communication skills and meticulous attention to detail, especially when reviewing extensive data and numerical information.
  • Demonstrate excellent critical-thinking abilities to gather available data and make well-informed decisions.
  • Proficient in English.
  • Willingness to travel internationally and the ability to work independently.

IV. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

  • Candidates should be prepared for at least three rounds of interviews (initial phone screening, followed by two in-person interviews in Binh Duong).
  • Immediate onboarding is preferred.
  • Ability to work autonomously.
