Job Summary:

This role involves managing supplier and customer relationships, driving revenue, margin growth, and customer satisfaction, while identifying new business opportunities and adding value to the Data Center portfolio.


Key Responsibilities

Planning

  • Develop business plans and sales programs for the Data Center BU.

  • Set priorities and direction for assigned product lines, aligning supplier KPIs and go-to-market strategies.

  • Assess market conditions to identify business opportunities.

  • Coordinate with customers and ecosystem partners to enhance sales effectiveness.

  • Drive revenue, margin growth, and expand the customer base.

  • Present business initiatives to senior leadership.

Execution

  • Lead the implementation of strategic sales initiatives.

  • Manage supplier relationships and day-to-day sales operations.

  • Oversee proposals, forecasting, CRM updates, pipeline management, and customer engagements.

  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and support inventory planning.

  • Promote cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.

  • Build ecosystems alongside solutions and services teams to scale the business.

  • Achieve consistent quarterly and yearly business growth.

  • Build strong, long-term customer relationships.

Team Management

  • Define clear goals and responsibilities for the team.

  • Provide on-the-job training and guidance on sales cycles and internal/supplier processes.

  • Motivate, support, and develop team capabilities.

  • Identify training needs and facilitate continuous skill enhancement.


Knowledge & Skills

  • Strong business acumen with proven ability to build lasting relationships and achieve sales objectives.

  • In-depth understanding of domestic IT market trends and services potential.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.

  • Ability to manage and grow IT product and solution sales.

  • Dynamic, innovative, and committed to continuous improvement.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT sales, preferably with data center or infrastructure solutions.

  • Experience in handling relevant product/solution lines or competing technologies.

  • Background in sales and distribution management is essential.
