Job description:
-    Control and manage all sales activities within the territory of North Region including the management of your sales team (ASM, Team leader, Sales representative) to make sure that they achieve their objectives
-    Advise the Managing Director regarding the policy to build up the sales channels in order to implement sales strategy, customer coverages, and signing appendix sales contract (TOT) in the scope of works of sales function, and responsibility
o    Build up the sales promotions / marketing promotion to match with the company strategy
o    Implement the sales plan, sales promotion, marketing promotion, and customer service in align with the company plan (AOP: Annual Operation Plan)
o    Set up the pricing for distributors/key shops/dealers based on company policy and product mixed strategy
o    Do market survey, competitors survey, re-positioning brand and products then propose the right action for the assigned territory
o    Report sales data to the Managing Director

Requirements:
-    Develop the GT sales channel in the North of Vietnam
-    Graduated from Economic University, Marketing, Business, Foreign Trade
-    Have at least 5 years experience in Sales Manager or Sales Team Leader Priority: E. water heater, Home Appliances or have sales experience on international brand such as Panasonic, Philips, or famous local brands in Vietnam
-    Understand Vietnamese business policy and apply it on the company's operation and external customers to avoid conflicts in the business operation
-    Understand company sales policy, sales process, and lead the sales team to manage the customers including distributors, key shops, and dealers
Skills: 
-    Negotiation & interpersonal skills (communication & team work)
-    Organization and time management skills
-    Problem solving / issue solving in logic and out of box thinking. 
-    KPIs analysis and report building
-    Change management 
-    Computer skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, internet, social medias.
