Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement leasing and business development strategies and plans for commercial/retail spaces within real estate projects.
- Conduct market research, analyze consumer trends, and identify tenant demand to optimize the tenant mix for projects.
- Negotiate and finalize lease agreements with retail brands, chain stores, and businesses in F&B, fashion, entertainment, and services.
- Manage the tenant portfolio, maintain strong relationships with key partners and major domestic and international brands.
- Coordinate with related departments (Marketing, Legal, Property Management, Technical, etc.) to ensure timely handover of leased spaces and support tenants during operations.
- Monitor and evaluate tenant business performance, propose strategies to enhance revenue and maximize asset value for the investor.
- Expand the network of potential partners and tenants, attracting high-end brands and major retail corporations.
- Regularly report on leasing and business development performance, occupancy progress, and financial indicators.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Real Estate, Economics, or related fields.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in commercial/retail leasing, with at least 3-5 years in a senior management role.
- In-depth knowledge of the commercial real estate market, retail trends, tenant demands, and factors affecting property value.
- Strong connections with major brands in retail, F&B, fashion, entertainment, etc.
- Excellent negotiation, contract management, and client relationship skills.
- Leadership ability, team-building, and personnel development skills.
- Proficiency in English is a plus.
- Strategic thinking, market insight, and strong analytical and decision-making abilities
