​Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Marketing to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling our products to new and existing customers, meeting sales targets, and building lasting customer relationships. Key Responsibilities:

- Prospect and generate leads through various channels.

- Conduct product presentations to potential customers.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring their needs are met and identifying upsell opportunities.

- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

- Prepare and submit sales contracts, quotes, and orders accurately.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to provide customers with valuable insights.

- Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop sales strategies and improve sales processes.

- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

- Keep detailed records of sales activities and customer interactions in system.

Qualifications and Requirements:

- Proven track record in sales, with at least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role. (Modern Trade and General Trade)

- Good communication by English or Chinese.

- Strong negotiation and closing skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.

- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field preferred but not required.

Salary and Benefits:

- Competitive base salary 500$ - 700$ + plus commission.
