​Responsibilities:

• System Maintenance and Monitoring: Perform daily maintenance of systems (servers, databases, networks) and monitor operations to ensure availability.

• Performance Optimization: Analyze and improve system performance on a regular basis.

• Troubleshooting: Quickly identify and resolve technical issues to maintain continuous operation.

• Automated Testing: Design and implement an automated testing framework to ensure product quality.

• Documentation: Document operational processes and create technical documentation to support the team and share knowledge.

• Project Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, participate in planning and implementing new projects, and provide technical support and operational insights.

• System Security:

1. Responsible for safeguarding the system, conducting regular security assessments, and vulnerability scans.

2. Configure firewalls, intrusion detection systems (IDS), and intrusion prevention systems (IPS) to prevent malicious attacks.

• Data Safety:

1. Develop and implement backup and data recovery strategies to ensure data safety and integrity.

2. Manage user access rights to ensure sensitive data is not accessed unauthorizedly.

• Compliance Auditing: Adhere to relevant legal regulations and industry standards, conducting regular security audits and compliance checks.

• Emergency Response: Plan for emergency responses to security incidents and take timely measures to mitigate damage.

• Training and Support: Train internal staff on security matters and provide technical support, addressing security-related issues.

• Remote Network Connectivity: Resolve network connectivity between Ho Chi Minh City and Shanghai, building a private VPN to ensure safety and reliability.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

• At least 3 years of experience in web/app operations, with strong proficiency in Linux.

• Proficient in one or more programming languages, including Python, Shell, Java, PHP), with a demonstrated ability to write testing scripts.

• Basic knowledge of popular databases such as MySQL, MongoDB, and Redis, with practical skills in executing basic operations and optimizations

• Preference for candidates proficient in Docker, Kubernetes, and who speak Chinese.

• Proficient in the process of registering developer accounts on the App Store and Google Play, as well as the process of publishing applications on these platforms.

• Excellent communication abilities and a collaborative mindset, able to work under pressure.
