- To manage existing key suppliers and develop operating plans/strategies to further expand the Supplier base.
- To further penetrate new business opportunities with suppliers and relevant third parties, building professional relationship in order to maximise the opportunities for the business
- Providing regular and timely reports regarding market and competitor situation, sourcing opportunities, business done by competitors; monitoring customer and supplier performance and recommending action plans to enhance performance/achievements.
- Monitor all trading transactions in Vietnam, for the identification of any risk exposure to the company and for communicating such information, as appropriate, in a clear and timely manner.
Sales:
- To manage existing customers base and generate potential customers.
- To promote & develop high value added products to expand sales
- To follow up post sales process such as LC issuance, delivery of materials, settle claims if any
- Collect datas, information and market inputs sharing in reports
Education: Masters in Business preferably in International Trade.
Skills:
- Attention to details, preciseness and accuracy
- Strong Commercial Acumen
- Bring a range of good industry contact and transferable business.
- Familiar with local steel market with experience in Asia Pacific region is a must;
- Customer/supplier focused and willing to work under pressure;
- Fast thinking, excellent communicator and good negotiator.

Work experience requirements: 5 years minimum in Steel Trading/Strategic Sourcing of Flat and Long Steel products from Vietnam.
Languages: Fluent English, Vietnamese; Chinese would be an advantage; Any other language considered as an advantage.
