Manpower’s client is a global producer and supplier of packaging machines, tools, and materials with over 100 years of operational history.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Recruit and maintain a passionate team including sales, customer service, technical support. Develop people for the further expansion.
- Make the strategy plan for Vietnam market
- Lead the commercial team to develop new business for packaging (especially strapping and wrapping) and coding & marking.
- Develop end user key accounts by himself
- Collect marketing intelligence for decision making consistently
- Find a way to generate as much leads as possible through off-line or on-line approach and close the deal quickly
- Make a clear action plan and review regularly for a good result
- Develop and manage the local distributors networks
- Work with the local finance and regional manufacturing team closely.
- At least 5+ years of experience in industrial equipment sales
- At least 2+ years of experience managing sales teams with a strong track record in business development.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to train, mentor, and develop high-performing sales teams.
- Degree in Engineering, Technical Studies, or Business Management.
- Fluent in both spoken and written English.
- Energetic, highly proactive, and demonstrates a strong willingness to take initiative.
- Willingness to travel frequently.
- Experience in the packaging or coding industry is preferred.
