A well-established manufacturer in the garment accessories industry, specializing in products such as elastic bands, woven labels, drawcords, patches, and various trims. The company serves international fashion and sportswear clients, with production capabilities across multiple countries in Asia.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to grow business in the garment accessories sector.
  • Drive revenue growth by acquiring and expanding B2B accounts.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with key international clients and manufacturing partners.
  • Lead and manage the sales team to meet performance and growth targets.
  • Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient project execution.
  • Report on sales performance and contribute to strategic business planning.
Requirements & Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Fluent in English and Chinese (both written and spoken).
  • Candidates fluent in English only but with strong client networks may also be considered.
  • Minimum 8 years of sales experience in the garment/textile industry, preferably with exposure to large-scale operations.
  • At least 3 years of team management experience.
  • Proven track record in securing sizable B2B orders and building strategic partnerships.
  • Strong business acumen, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and lead teams to achieve targets
