Company Overview
Our client, a rapidly expanding company specializing in chemicals, is looking for a Sales Executive.
Position Overview      
The Sales Executive is a corporate function to increase and exceed the company's specified sales target and develop new business opportunities based on good business relationships. As such, we are looking for an individual with not only strong technical skills but also excellent soft skills with the highest professionalism.
Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to surpass targets, manage orders, set forecasts, and resolve customer complaints.
  • Conduct regular customer visits, prepare reports, and foster solid customer relationships.
  • Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers.
  • Contribute to sales strategy development, including:
    • Conducting customer analysis to create annual sales budgets.
    • Collecting accurate data for market surveys.
    • Monitoring competitors’ pricing, products, and new offerings.
    • Identifying new accounts to increase market penetration.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth sales processes and development opportunities, including:
    • Assisting the Finance team to facilitate customer payments.
    • Supporting the sales manager and visiting customers to resolve payment-related issues.
    • Working with the Technical team to update development activities and keep customers and managers informed.
    • Coordinating with the Technical team to find the right solutions for product/application-related issues.
  • Perform additional tasks assigned by the Sales Manager, such as:
    • Assisting in top management activities, including preparing data and supporting key customers.
    • Participating in training and seminars related to product knowledge.
Experienced Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferable with chemical background.
  • Preferable 2 years of experience in selling Personal & Home Care chemicals.
  • Able to communicate in English – speaking, writing.
  • Expert in office computing, analysis tools.
