Responsibilities:
Primary Responsibilities: 
-   Engage in Sales and Marketing Activities
-   Develop and expand the client base to achieve sales targets
-   Generate and cultivate leads and inquiries
-   Conduct effective sales visits, marketing calls, and impactful presentations
-   Maintain strong relationships with consultants, investment, and planning departments within the designated territories
-   Foster growth among Builders and Distributors within established territories

Pre-Sales Follow Up:
-   Thoroughly manage pre-sales inquiries
-   Prepare accurate estimates, quotations, and proposals
-   Collaborate on contract negotiations, encompassing pricing and terms
-   Plan and forecast project schedules in coordination with Project Engineers
-   Initiate subcontracting arrangements as required

Post-Sales Follow Up:
-   Oversee master schedules and delivery progress to ensure client satisfaction
-   Coordinate and prepare for customer visits
-   Monitor change orders and variations, and subsequently draft contract addendums and price adjustments

Job Requirements:
-   Bachelor's degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent field
-   Minimum of 1 year of experience in Sales within the Construction industry or related sector
-   Priority given to candidates with experience in pre-engineered steel buildings
-   Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and other essential computer skills
-   English proficiency
-   Thai living in Thailand or Indonesian living in Indonesia
