Job Description
- Identify and follow up new opportunities to offer our Control system and Solutions.
- Establish relationships and understand customer business to provide appropriate solutions for our customers.
- Define sales and growth strategy toward key customers while aligning with critical sales business objectives.
- Develop and maximize company presence and market share in designated accounts.
- Maintain key executive relationships. Consistently identify new business opportunities for sustained profitable growth.
- Help drive integrated solutions sales that bring together both hardware and software products.
Requirements
- Background in Automation, Electronics, Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering
- At least 3 years in Automation Solutions Business, especially Control system (PLC, SCADA) for Industry 4.0, ERP, L3 & L4 Solutions
- Ability to handle multi tasks, negotiate terms and conditions with customers
- Strong interpersonal skills, result-oriented, aggressive characteristics
- English working proficiency
