Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions with our range of Non-Destructive Testing products
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations and demonstrations to clients
- Collaborate with the technical and execution teams to ensure customer requirements are met
- Prepare and negotiate sales contracts, ensuring adherence to company policies
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers during and after the sales process
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using internal software system.
Requirements:
- Relevant Engineering degree
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant sales experience in the Non-Destructive Testing industry
- Previous knowledge of Non-Destructive Testing products is essential
- Good proficiency in English, both written and verbal
- Strong technical understanding and ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
