JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Map potential Construction Machinery (segment wise Industry Size)
Consistently delivery as per Business Plans
Develop and execute marketing campaigns such as demonstrations and sales promotion activities to increase awareness and drive sales of brands represented by the company
Market to brokers, cooperative farms, ministerial agencies, JSC’s, Mine & Road Contractors, financing partners and referral agents and generate leads for the continuity of sales
Track progress of campaigns within allocated budgets
Appoint new dealers in the Red Delta Region as per potential analysis
Demonstrate use of Construction machinery at showrooms, dealers, customer sites
Consolidate sales pipeline and business reports on daily & weekly basis
Track competitors: activities, volumes, prices, new products, specifications and others
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelors or Graduate degree in Engineering
At least 3 years experience in marketing for sales in to Excavators, Wheel Loaders, Telehandlers, Tractors, Harvesters & other Agriculture implements OR similar Industry
Good communication skills ~ Excellent spoken and written English Preferred along with Vietnamese language off course.
Result and deadline-oriented; persistent with a keen ability to multi-task
Attention to detail in composing, editing, and publishing materials
Team building and management – treat all people with respect and dignity
Extensive travel to provinces
Computer literacy is desirable with working knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
Familiarity with the landscape of Red River Delta
