RESPONSIBILITY:
- Maximize sales performance while maintaining alignment with defined sales objectives.
- Identify and pursue sales leads to expand market presence through focused and ongoing sales initiatives.
- Organize and execute sales appointments and demos to actively promote products and expand territory market share.
- Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities in assigned regions to enhance overall business potential.
- Support marketing and sales efforts by analyzing and responding to unique market dynamics, potential, and client requirements.
- Report to management on relevant market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging product demands.
- Work in close coordination with cross-functional teams to contribute to the overall success of Datacolor.
- Carry out additional responsibilities as delegated by supervisory staff.

REQUIREMENTS: 
- Bachelor’s degree in Textile Technology, Science, or Engineering, with a solid understanding of industrial operations and processes.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in sales and marketing within the textile industry.
- Proficient in English, both spoken and written; knowledge of Chinese or Korean is an added advantage.
- Willing to travel frequently within Vietnam and internationally when required for business purposes.
- Demonstrates strong teamwork, open-mindedness, and a proactive attitude; capable of working independently with high self-discipline.
