Responsibilities:
- Expand the business partnership and manage existing distribution system. Ensure that the operations of distribution points (MT) are efficient and effective. Maintaining relationships with supermarkets such as BigC, Coop mart, lotte, etc. Especially in frozen food – dairy.
- Responsible to support company direct sales manager to plan sales strategy and action plan.
- Responsible to open and expand distribution channels and maintain current channels.
- Maximize the effectiveness of distribution points.
- Ensure sales KPI.
- Sales Force: Set up sales team and appoint potential people by recruiting, motivating, training, coaching, evaluating in order to develop the company in long-term establishment.
- Manage and control the promotions, sales support, and display products at distribution points. Ensure that the customer supports are appropriate in the area.
Job requirements:
- College degree or higher
- Having 7+ years experience in entering and operating distribution channels (MT) and at least 2 years as management level in FMCG, F&B industry.
- A person with a high understanding of the distribution channel's business.
- Experience in managing to performance targets desired
- Disciplined and high motivated to motivate and encourage team for improvement.
- Fluent in English or Korean.
