- Meet with customers on a regular basis to conduct business reviews, monitor product advancements, and follow up on quotes.
- Find and develop a customer base in the Vietnam market by cold-calling potential new consumers (emails and phone call for booking appointments).
- React quickly to client questions and complaints in order to find a solution and keep a positive relationship with them.
- Obtain product requirements from prospective customers for new or existing work.
- Attend industry events to represent products.
- Follow all corporate rules and work within the employee's duty of care laws.
