Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, driving revenue growth, and establishing strong relationships with key clients. The Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's success and expanding our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Leadership:

    • Lead, motivate, and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
    • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and market share.
  2. Client Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  3. Sales Strategy and Planning:

    • Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing ones.
    • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities and potential threats.
  4. Team Development:

    • Recruit, train, and mentor sales team members to enhance their skills and performance.
    • Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the sales team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Proven track record of success in industrial software sales, with at least 10 years of experience 
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of the industrial software market and industry trends.
  • Ability to analyze data and market insights to make informed business decisions.
