RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop the sales strategy for the region, deployment and achievement of agreed sales objections  

  • Build strong customer relationships, develop customer trust, and understand customer needs. 

  • Executes and builds a strong sales pipeline, customer leads through marketing activities, and order value to achieve set sales objectives  

  • Assist customers with the development of their needs analysis, value-added solutions, design specifications and future needs analysis  

  • Oversees all aspects of the sales process, including the development of opportunity, building the sales strategy, "leading" the entire sales process 

  • Assists with the identification of the assigned region target/ budget 

  • Be the primary internal contact “go between” from initial contact with potential customers thru negotiations to contract signing, fully supported by Tendering, Engineering and relevant parties 

  • Facilitate and participate in technical and commercial (terms & conditions), tender preparation and evaluations 

  • Negotiate/ contracts and service agreements 

  • Collect & communicate market intelligence/competitors activities, project opportunities 

  • Quarterly Business Review / Reporting in a structured and professional manner  

  • Regional coordination between customers and headquarters 

  • Participate in various trade conferences  to network with industry leaders and prospect possible business opportunities 

  • Increase market share in existing markets and capture new business development opportunities 

  • Promote products with customers /end users in the market. 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant Engineering and Business and/or related discipline 

  • Entrepreneurial mindset combined with a high degree of customer satisfaction and intimacy orientation  

  • Excellent skill set required in areas such as communication, contract negotiation, terms and conditions design, legal implications of terms and conditions and project management  at the most senior level of customer 

  • Strong networker, engaging, well aware of the local market 

  • Sound interpersonal presentation as well as intercultural skills and understanding 

  • Intercultural skills 

  • Excellent coordination, organization and communication skills in a highly dynamic environment  

  • Ability to uphold the highest ethical standards, high integrity  

  • 3 – 5 years of experience and involvement in the Steam Turbine and Paper industries market.  

  • Excellent communication in English and Vietnamese.
