Main Duty
1. Responsible for sales & marketing strategies.
2. Accountable for reaching and exceeding the company annual/monthly sale targets.
3. Integrate CR3’s services into existing areas.
4. Supporting to all Exhibitions/Events.
5. Identifying new opportunities and entry point for our products and services.
6. Close relationship and support clients, sales and operations management activities.
7. To take ownership of the enquiries received, working with estimation team to generate quality proposal to clients.
Scope of Work
Take ownership of key account customer in Oil & Gas (upstream), EPC Contractor & Major Fabricators.Action and follow any other assigned by CR3 Vietnam General Manager.
1. Identity and participate in the detailed formulating of the business strategies.
2. Develop a plan to penetrate and execute the plan to penetrate Vietnam market and industries.
3. Develop a plan/Strategy and execute the plan to increase the number of “constant presence” Contracts
4. Identify, approaching and try to secure long-term maintenance contract and maintain current contract including continuous improvement and increasing relationship with customer.
5. Assure close relationship, entertaining and co-ordination with clients.
6. To take ownership of the enquiries received through CR3’s internal processes including follow up with the clients.
7. Contribute on support to meet the agreed Company Key Performance Indicators.
8. Supporting to all event/seminars for brand development and brand image to existing and potential clients.
9. Follow policy and procedure regarding QMS, EMS and OHSMS.
10. Ensure environmental management system applies to areas of responsibility consistent with the organization’s environmental policy.
Requirements
1. Education attainment: Bachelor Degree –Master Degree in Engineering/or Science or Business Administration or related field.
2. Work experience: 5-10 years of experience in Sale & marketing and familiar with maintenance and/or construction work in related with Vietnam industries.
